Sales & Customer Service Call Center Professional

Qualfon is hiring Call Center Sales Professionals to field inbound calls from our client's customers and close the sale.

Please note in this position; you must be able to work on-site at 1003 Broad St Johnstown, PA 15906

* GED or High School Diploma required

* Sales skills

* Minimum one-year previous sales/customer service experience required

* One year of call center experience strongly preferred

* Typing speed of 25 WPM with 90% accuracy required

* Ability to multi-task efficiently

* Computer knowledge in Windows-based application required

* Strong ability to communicate both verbally and in writing

* Manages emotions and maintains positive energy

* Passion for meeting or exceeding performance goals
