The Impact You Will Have The Human Resource Generalist role is pivotal in driving HR initiatives and enhancing operational efficiency. This position partners with supervisors, managers, and associates within their assigned business units to achieve business outcomes. The HR Generalist responsibilities span both administrative and strategic domains, including benefits administration, employee relations, training, performance management, onboarding, policy compliance, and recruitment. The HR Generalist will collaborate closely with Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) leadership, HR peers, Employee Relations (ER), Total Rewards, HR operations, organization effectiveness, and Talent Acquisition to support designated areas effectively. Compensation and Benefits: Pay Range: $67,200.00 - $89,100.00 - $111,000.00 Annual Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position, including skills, ability, and knowledge the selected individual is bringing to the specific job.
