Visiting Instructor - Hospital Medicine

The University of Iowa Department of Internal Medicine Division ofGeneral Internal Medicineis seeking part-time physicians with a clinical focus in Hospital Medicine to participate in the patient care and research missions of UI Healthcare. This position will beat therank of Visiting Instructor. This position will have 23% effort at UI Health Care.

Duties will include analyzing EMR data and documentation for a comparative study evaluating efficiency of 9:30 am discharge.

Requirements:

* Candidates must have an M.D. degree or equivalent

* Completion of an ACGME-accredited Residency Program

* Candidates must be BC/BE in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine

* Excellent Communication Skills
