The Position

As a Senior Financial Analyst at SEKISUI Aerospace, you won't just crunch numbers-you'll influence the trajectory of the entire business. This role plays a vital part in streamlining financial reporting, improving cost analysis, and supporting strategic decisions across operations, finance, and executive teams.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Lead cost analysis, variance tracking, and financial reporting with actionable insights.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to improve financial tools, processes, and automation.

  • Prepare and present monthly and weekly cost review reports to stakeholders.

  • Identify and execute opportunities for continuous improvement in reporting and analysis.

  • Support implementation and usage of Epicor FP&A for enhanced financial data management.

  • Ensure accuracy of operational data related to production demand, procurement, and inventory.

  • Champion collaboration across Finance, Operations, and leadership teams.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Finance, Cost Accounting, or FP&A roles.

  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, complex formulas).

  • ERP experience (preferably Epicor).

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Demonstrated success in process improvement and financial automation projects.

  • Ability to interpret and communicate complex financial data across teams.

  • Experience in manufacturing or aerospace industry preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • CPA and/or MBA

  • Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)

  • Certifications or training in Epicor ERP or FP&A modules

Working Conditions:
  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

  • Shared workspaces; occasional exposure to noise, contaminants, or hazardous equipment in plant environments.

  • Standing/walking for 8-12+ hours (depending on role/shift).

Required PPE (when on production floor):
  • Safety Glasses, Goggles

  • Ear Protection (Plugs or Muffs)

  • Gloves (various types)

  • Full Face Shield

  • Respirator

  • Protective Apron

Pay

SEKISUI Aerospace is required by Washington law to include the salary range for this role when hiring a Washington resident. Pay ranges may be higher or lower for non-resident WA employees, based on the market data for their region, allowing us to pay employees competitively in different geographic markets.
