Job Description
Multiple Coordinator positions open within A+E Global Media's Global Marketing division to support either of the Emerging Brands, Paid Media or Account Management teams.
MORE ABOUT WHAT YOU'LL DO: Coordinator, Global Marketing
Assist in project coordination, ensuring timely execution and delivery of marketing initiatives. Maintain and update project tracking systems (e.g., Airtable), timelines, and status documents to reflect key milestones and shifts. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including creative, production, programming, ad sales, distribution, and external partners. Support project briefing processes, ensuring accurate information is provided to relevant teams. Monitor and track industry trends, competitor activities, and marketing opportunities. Ensure the accuracy and timely delivery of marketing materials and assets. Provide general administrative and organizational support, including scheduling meetings, taking notes, and maintaining documentation. Contribute to brainstorming and idea generating for innovative marketing campaigns.
BASIC REQUIREMENTS: Coordinator, Global Marketing
Education & Experience: BA/BS in a related field preferred; prior experience (internships or 1+ years in marketing, media, or a related field) preferred, prior coordinator experience a plus. Technical Proficiency: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite required; experience with Airtable, Photoshop/Illustrator, Box, MS Teams or project management tools is a plus. Industry Passion & Interest: A strong interest in media, entertainment, and storytelling, with curiosity about the evolving streaming TV landscape. Organizational & Time Management Skills: Highly organized with impeccable attention to detail; ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Communication & Collaboration: Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in various locations. Adaptability & Problem-Solving: A proactive mindset with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities and work efficiently under deadlines. Initiative & Independence: A go-getter with resourcefulness, follow-through, and a can-do attitude, comfortable working independently when needed.
Coordinator, Emerging Brands
Responsible for supporting the team in the organization, development, strategic marketing, and maintenance of our quickly growing portfolio of 50+ FAST channels. Key liaison with multiple internal teams and external partners to plan and execute channel launches, develop and execute stunts, track & valuate earned media, and partner/channel support.
Coordinator, Marketing Account Management
Support the Marketing Account Management team in coordinating campaign timelines, tracking deliverables, and ensuring alignment across programming, creative, and production teams. Provide accounts payable support by processing invoices, managing accruals, and assisting with vendor setup in Jaggaer and SAP; prior experience with budgeting and finance systems a plus.
Coordinator, Paid Media
Support the Paid Media team in the development and execution of all paid marketing campaigns including inputting and managing campaign deliverables, monitoring media deadlines, and gathering information across teams in development and post campaign phases. Work with the Audience and Brand Strategy team in the development and distribution of Strategic Briefs Provide accounts payable support by processing invoices, managing accruals, and assisting with vendor setup in Jaggaer and SAP; prior experience with budgeting and finance systems a plus.
CompensationHourly Pay Range: $27.27 - $30.67
Annual Incentive Target: 5%
