What's the Job Our future success depends on our ability to deliver high quality products efficiently and reliably to our customers. Lead a team product management and technical resources for the Architectural business. This position is responsible for developing the strategy for our Architectural product portfolio to drive future growth. The Director and product management team work closely alongside our customers and business teams to execute the current year business plan, develop products for new profitable growth, and determine our direction in future product strategy. This leader enables the development of their team and extended resources by cultivating both team and individual capabilities. This role provides critical leadership to fully integrate our Architectural businesses and align CTA products and systems to contractors, architects and distribution channels. This role will develop and prioritize near-term strategic planning and investments, which will result in increased speed of integration across functions and improved business results.

- 10+ years Product Management Leadership with proven growth and strategy development
- 10+ years Relevant experience in the construction industry
- Proven track record in developing comprehensive strategies for across time horizons, while establishing clear milestones and maintaining a strong focus on highly profitable projects, with the ability to adapt and shift priorities as needed.
- Skilled at leading and directing a team of direct reports AND able to lead and influence across functions without direct reporting relationships.
- Creates an environment where the team cultivates their abilities, providing leadership and guidance, and inspiring them to advance business objectives.
Demonstrated capability to think beyond conventional solutions, approach problems from multiple perspectives, and come up with original concepts. Skilled in ideation, conceptualization, and creative problem-solving to address complex business challenges and identify new opportunities. - Proficient in identifying target audience insights and effectively communicating the value proposition to key industry stakeholders, including contractors, architects, and designers.
- Brings extensive experience and skills in product management along with a sharp attention to detail, exceptional tactical execution ability, and strong proficiency in interpersonal and group communication. Willing to navigate environments where conflicting perspectives exist, helping direct and extended teams achieve strong business outcomes.
- Outstanding presentation and communication skills, with the ability to express ideas clearly and create compelling content to engage diverse audiences. Proficient in influencing and persuading, fostering excitement and inspiration.
- Excellent collaboration and partnership skills with internal stakeholders and external vendors, including relationship management and negotiation proficiency.
- Excellent Project Management and time management skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic corporate environment with multiple stakeholders and changing circumstances. Strong adaptability to navigate complex corporate structures and systems.
- Knowledge of the construction process, with a strong understanding of key stakeholders across various sectors such as commercial, residential, multi-family, and off-site construction.
