Job Description Summary

The Development Fellow for Membership Services & Stewardship position will assist with managing donor relationships, ensuring accurate financial transactions, and reporting to various stakeholders. This position will provide administrative support to calling officers and help with various donor and student-athlete recognition programming.

This is a fixed term position beginning on/around July 1, 2025 and concluding April 30, 2026.

Job Description

Essential Functions:

  • Perform monthly Calling Officer (CO) stewardship check-in meetings and execute stewardship plans in partnership with CO for commitments above $50k.

  • Share sport-specific acknowledgements with each coaching staff.

  • Assist with the standardization of donor invoices and ensure accuracy of information.

  • Assist with scholarship assignments and current-use scholarship stewardship.

  • Perform bi-weekly reports to share donor profiles for senior administrators.

  • Assist with Forever Deacs and Deacon Club stewardship and annual recognition items.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Education, Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

  • Bachelors Degree

  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Canva

  • Ability to maintain confidential information

  • Ability to organize workflow, manage resources, and coordinate activities

  • Effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing; strong interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively with all members of a diverse community to manage a variety of tasks and projects with follow through and completion in a timely manner.
