Environmental Services Hub Coordinator - Evenings

Position Highlights:

  • Hourly Pay Range: $18.38-26.65 The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.
  • Location: Warrenville, IL
  • Full Time - 40 hours
  • Hours: Monday - Friday 2pm-10:30pm

What you will do:

The role works independently with minimal supervision performing a range of complex support duties for Environmental Services (EVS). Duties include responding to calls, tracking inbound calls and task completion, coordinating with others in the hub, as well as the hospital Environmental Services (EVS) team. Overseeing the EPIC EVS bed board module for multiple EEH locations, coordinating services with other departments to minimize patient, staff and visitor disruptions, and improving the patient experience.

What you will need:

  • A High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • A minimum of five years of professional work experience in a hospital environmental service role or a minimum of six years in a non-healthcare housekeeping role.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in a lead Environmental Services role utilizing EPIC (preferred). Minimum of two years of experience in an Environmental Services coordinator or administrative role (preferred).
