General Summary: Field Integration Technician will support our manufacturing process through equipment retrofits, new equipment install, integration of automation, and safety upgrades. Essential Duties: COMPLETES COMMISSIONING PROJECTS
- Completes equipment installation including but not limited to Fabrication, Electrical, Hydraulic, Controls, and Pneumatics
- Coordinates working tasks with subcontractors
- Organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling assignments
- Competes project verifications including but not limited to: Safe guards/safety integration, Electrical, Hydraulic, and pneumatic verification, and control reliability and repeatability
COMMUNICATION
- Daily project updates to Integration Engineer and/or Director of Process Engineering
- Feedback on needed improvements
- Interaction with plant personnel
- Record project files in company's engineering database
FINANCIAL OBJECTIVES
- Pre-quoting field investigation for feasibility
- Input data for Bill of Materials
- Identify part and components to support quotes/cost estimates
- Manage travel expenses reports
MAINTAINS PROJECT DOCUMENTATION
- Inputs any field changes to prints for proper updates
- Completes proper documentation for calibrations, verifications, performance tests, and safety tests

Education/Certification Requirements:
- Associate Degree in Industrial Mechanics or 5 years of hands-on Industrial experience
Experience & Skill Requirements:
- Mechanical Equipment installation, disassembly and assembly
- Hydraulic and pneumatic installation and troubleshooting
- Industrial Manufacturing machine troubleshooting
- Preventative Maintenance
- Process pumping and piping systems
- Collaboration skills to work with any team
- Process control systems
- Machining and fabrication skills (mill, lathe, welding, cutting, threading, etc.
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 60 lbs. and stand on your feet for long hours Supervision Over the Following Roles: NA Work Schedule/Attendance /Overtime/Travel Requirements: Must be able to travel 30-50% of your work schedule
