Description * 6+ years of increased responsibility in import customs compliance roles (professional services firm(s), Fortune 500 company, etc.) * Licensed Customs Broker License preferred. * Advanced tariff classification experience and managing classification programs. * Knowledge of US Customs programs including Antidumping and Countervailing Duty Orders, and PGAs (e.g. FDA, EPA.) * Proficiency with MS Office and SAP-GTS. Description * Support the Clients Global Trade classification program and other classification teams globally. o Conduct classification analysis to arrive at an accurate HTS by using various trade tools such as GRIs, CROSS rulings, WCO explanatory notes, and other classification tools. o Maintain & monitor previous part classifications in SAP-GTS to ensure consistent and valid tariff numbers. o Monitor, measure and develop reports with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs.) o Evaluate new government requirements and partner with regional teams to ensure import compliance. o Perform global classification and duty analysis on clients products. o Lead global classification audits and root cause any errors. o Manage classification specific projects as assigned. * Create and maintain process and procedures. * Create effective and clear communication with stakeholders (Emails, Presentations, etc.) Education & Experience * BA/BS degree plus 6+ years of equivalent practical work experience. A Masters and/or JD degree is a plus.
