The client is looking for a Senior Copywriter with a proven track record of crafting compelling, high-impact marketing campaigns and brand storytelling. This role requires a strategic thinker who can translate insights into powerful, engaging messaging across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate is a collaborative team player with a positive attitude, strong leadership skills, and a passion for pushing creative boundaries.

Skills & Expertise

  • Mastery in crafting compelling headlines, body copy, and UX copy that drive engagement and results
  • Deep understanding of marketing strategies, business goals, and brand positioning
  • Ability to distill strategic research and consumer insights into persuasive and audience-centric messaging
  • Proactive in identifying innovative, breakthrough campaign solutions to elevate client brands
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration with designers, art directors, and strategists to bring creative concepts to life
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously
  • Adept at presenting ideas clearly and persuasively to both internal teams and external clients


Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of high-quality marketing and campaign copy that aligns with brand goals and audience needs.
  • Partner with internal teams to concept, develop, and execute cross-channel campaigns
  • Provide strategic input on creative direction, ensuring messaging is clear, compelling, and results-driven
  • Take ownership of projects, proactively managing timelines, deliverables, and client expectations.
  • Offer constructive feedback and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a collaborative, creative culture.
  • Communicate creative ideas and rationale to clients, confidently addressing feedback and revisions.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to keep our work ahead of the curve.
  • Contribute to new business proposals and creative pitches
  • Maintain a high standard of excellence, ensuring all work meets and exceeds client and internal expectations


Required Skills

  • 6+ years of relevant industry experience in copywriting, content marketing, or brand strategy
  • Strong portfolio showcasing successful marketing campaigns, digital content, and brand storytelling
  • Expertise in B2B and B2C marketing, with experience in various industries a plus
  • Proficiency in Acrobat Pro, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides
  • Familiarity with content management systems and digital marketing tools is a plus
  • Ability to travel as needed for client work (~10%)
