Striping Crew Lead

Prepare surfaces and layout designs for parking lines and markings according to specifications and
regulations.
• Utilize painting equipment and technologies, ensuring high-quality application of paint for visibility
  and durability.
• Conduct routine maintenance on painting equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Collaborate with team members to effectively schedule and execute painting projects while
  minimizing disruption
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
• Monitor weather conditions and project timelines to ensure timely completion of painting tasks.

• Proven experience in line painting (2+ yrs) or similar roles, with a strong attention to detail.
• Ability to operate painting machinery and tools safely and effectively.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints or design layouts for parking facilities.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and procedures in the construction or maintenance
  industry.
• Familiarity with traffic management and signage regulations.
• Basic knowledge of maintenance practices for painting equipment.
• Proficiency in using line striping machines and other related tools.
• Knowledge of paint types, including water-based and solvent-based options.
