Summary:

The Coordinator Resident Services is responsible for coordinating events held at CHRISTUS St. Joseph Village-Coppell and offsite events. Provide concierge services to residents, planning and executing events and functions including entertainment, coordinating move-ins, marketing, outreach, and life enrichment for all residents. This ensures CSJVC, through hospitality, continues to meet the needs of the elderly of the Dallas area within the mission, philosophy, beliefs and vision of CHRISTUS

Responsibilities:


  • Organize and develop promotional materials
  • Coordinate, organize and design special events, including meetings, parties, funerals, birthdays, conferences, seminars and other related Dining Services events with the Executive Chef
  • Manage resident operations and concierge services for CSJVC
  • Coordinating with the business development director all professional marketing meetings and networking events, including those off site or outside of normal business hours
  • Involved in the planning, setting up, break-down and attendance of marketing events on an on-going basis, including assisting in the coordination of all events with the AL and IL Activity Directors
  • Assure that ethical and moral guidelines as established by CHRISTUS St. Joseph Village- Coppell are followed and provide information to families and residents in such matters as appropriate
  • Conduct himself/herself in accordance with the values, beliefs, mission, and vision statements of CHRISTUS Health and demonstrate excellent customer service

Requirements:


  • High School Diploma
