Job Description
We are currently hiring a Seasonal Cidertenderin Walden, NY.
As a member of Angry Orchard, the Cidertender (CT) provides excellent interactive and educational service as well as help customers engage with the Angry Orchard brand through cider sales and promotions.
What You'll Brew:

  • Employee will orchestrate a dual role, including, but not limited to, table service and draft bar attendant
  • Engage visitors with samples of ciders and drive sales with Growler, bottle, and can to-go options when appropriate
  • Provide excellent customer service with a "customer first" attitude
  • Use good judgment, communication, and customer service when interacting with guests
  • Develop an understanding of the history and mission of Angry Orchard, as well as knowledge of food products and the cider making process itself to educate customers

What Ingredients You'll Bring:
Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2+ years bartending/serving experience
  • Must have bartender experience with all necessary bartender licensing if required by state law


Preferred Qualifications:



  • CPR/First Aid certified
  • Hospitality experience

Level: 10
In accordance with pay transparency laws the pay rate for this role if hired is $11 per hour. However, it's important to note that where the person hired starts in this range is dependent on their related experience, skillset and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for tips received during the worked shift.
