POSITION SUMMARY The Financial Analyst in Asset Management will be responsible for preparing financial analysis and modeling that will assist the Asset Management team in developing and implementing strategies to maximize the value of each of the assets within its portfolio. In that capacity, the Financial Analyst will interact with the investment, development, property management, leasing and accounting teams as well as Senior Management at JBG SMITH. WHAT YOU'LL DO
Provides analytical support to senior members of the Asset Management and other internal teams
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED (REQUIREMENTS)
The salary range for this position is $70,000 to $80,000 annually. Please note that the salary range information provided is a general guideline. It is uncommon for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on a variety of factors.
