Responsible for performing gage calibrations and maintenance; maintaining the measurement equipment Calibration database; issuing and collecting gages to users and retrieving gages due for calibration/repair, and other inspection activities as needed. Maintains quality records and calibration KPI's ,generates NCRs and assists in containment of non-conforming product due to Gage Failure or gage out of calibration. The working time can be 6:30 to 5pm, to allow overlap of 1.5 hrs in 2nd shift. Job Responsibilities

The employee frequently is required to stand and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee is occasionally required to sit. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. To reduce the risk of injuries, the employee will be required to participate in light stretching exercises or warm-up activities as prescribed the company. Work Environment While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts. The employee is frequently exposed to risk of electrical shock and vibration.
