JOB SUMMARY Manages daily operational activities, priorities, problems, staffing and workloads. Provides status reports to pharmacy management effectively communicating issues, concerns, and suggestions. Monitors pharmacy information systems and communicates with IR regarding problems, resolutions, and improvements. Processes formulary additions to pharmacy information systems, and new additions to CDM. Assists with charge audits upon request, monitors timeliness of charges and credits and verifies accuracy. EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION Required
Bachelor's Degree BS degree or PharmD from ACPE accredited school of pharmacy
2 years of experience or Equivalent pharmacy resident experience.
(BLS) BASIC LIFE SUPPORT Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, course accredited by the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC) is required by start date. Upon Hire and Licensed by Texas State Board of Pharmacy (TSBP) is required. Upon Hire
