Job Duties and Responsibilities Perform inspection and repairs on Process analyzers and Sample systems Perform preventive maintenance on all types of process analyzers Capable of reading and understanding P&ID'S, PFD'S, and perform maintenance tasks using instrument loop sheets. Responsible for emergency call-out and rotating weekly on-call duty Maintain and promote a safe work environment at all times and follow Safe Work Practices established by TPC Group Maintain electronic and paper documentation for Preventive Maintenance, Mechanical Integrity tasks, and regulatory required calibrations Use of all types of testing equipment Responsible for Preventive Maintenance on Gas Chromatographs (GC) Responsible for troubleshooting and repair of (GC) Siemens Maxum II, Applied Automation (Advanced Opti-Chrom) and Yokogawa GC1000 Mark II analyzers Responsible for Teledyne Continuous Emissions Monitor System (CEMS) Analyzer maintenance, calibration and repair Calibration, repair and maintenance of analytical instruments like O2, CO and Moisture analyzers Required Qualifications Associates Degree in Instrumentation AND 1 years' experience OR a minimum of 3 years' experience in the maintenance of petrochemical analytical equipment AND high school diploma or equivalent Knowledge and experience with troubleshooting and repair analytical equipment Computer skills (Microsoft Office) Preferred Qualifications Good communication skills, written and verbal Ability to work independently or within a group Must live within reasonable commuting distance as company assisted relocation is not available for this position Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States continually without company sponsorship.
