Opportunity Summary The Operations Manager is responsible for the successfully delivery of all systems and services delivered from the assigned office(s). Delivering projects on-time, on-budget, and with a high level of quality are key factors in a project's success. The Operations Manager is directly responsible for the Project Management, Installation, and Programming and Engineering (or Technical Staff), Commissioning staff out of the assigned office(s). They work closely with the Director of Operations and other office Operation Managers to develop, maintain, and update processes, policies, and standards related to operations. The position will focus on customer satisfaction, improving project quality, on-time delivery, maintaining profitability, and operational efficiency. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Oversee the project lifecycle for all projects delivered out of assigned office(s) * Act as an escalation for point for project challenges * De-escalate and resolve client satisfaction issues. * Ensure customer satisfaction * Continually communicate office challenges * Provide client facing backup coverage to project managers who may be on PTO * Provide the Sales Team with operational support for new opportunities * Provide leadership, guidance, and support to personnel including but not limited to work allocation, training, promotion, and enforcement of internal procedures and controls. * Work to develop, strengthen, and mentor staff. * Assess performance of staff and organizations to make improvements or take corrective action. * Contribute to improving process workflows and maintaining system administration * Continually engage with Director of Operations and other Operations Managers to maintain Cenero global standards and avoid "siloing" from HQ and other offices * Monitor and control project P&L, quality, and on-time delivery. * Oversee, maintain, and update department KPIs * Remain abreast of technological advances in the field and be able to identify areas of use in the organization * Assist in organizing local team building events * Develop and drive a culture of quality, ownership, and exceptional performance maintaining Cenero's Core Values. * Travel to various job sites, as required. * Implement and/or adhere to existing quality control efforts including but not limited to performing field and office audits of project implementation * Other duties assigned as necessary. Experience and/or Education: * Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience * Minimum of five years of management experience in a similar or related field * Minimum of five years in the Audio Video industry * Proficient in Microsoft O365 applications * Avixa CTS preferred. * Manufacture Certifications preferred * Valid Driver's License and clean Motor Vehicle Record Skills: * Proven ability to significantly contribute toward or lead operation initiatives * Demonstrated leadership and management skills in a team-oriented, collaborative environment * Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral), with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization, both internally and externally * Technical understanding audiovisual systems design and installation * Ability to motivate and effectively lead large project teams comprised of technical and administrative personnel toward a common goal Understanding of construction project management, project management theory, and common scheduling practices * Adept with audiovisual best practices for implementation or other electro-mechanical installation techniques * Familiarity with common test and calibration equipment preferred * Ability to work and think independently and ensuring to meet deadlines * Strong problem-solving skills and creative thinking to ensure success of objectives, whether project or personnel related * Demonstrated customer service focus and present professional, client-facing communication skills Physical Demands:
