The Movado Company Stores (MCS) Coordinator will provide operational support to the President of Retail and the Merchandising team and serve as the liaison between the stores and the corporate office. Assist with data management, promotions, prepares reports, coordinate information requests, arranges conference calls, and ad-hoc projects as needed.
Essential Job Functions:
- Generate and distribute promotional event overviewdocuments for the retail stores
- Pull various data from Kepler Analytics for key KPI metrics
- Create and communicate in-store signage for the retail stores
- Management of MCS.com Job Tracker to include project requests for all emails, advertising projects, obtaining approvals for US / Canada
- Gatekeeper between the digital center and MCS team to ensure shared calendar, email communications, and in-store marketing
- Coordinate graphics for LCD monitors for store promotions as well as seasonal update
- Coordinate photography of new SKUs for MCS.COM site to include samples coordination, vendor communications send/receive/returns samples, and images upload
- Coordinate replenishment of in-store posters, store pouches & GWP with third-party vendors
- Update MCS Intranet site
- Update in-store visual merchandising guidelines & directives.
- Maintenance of existing store layouts, creation for new store layouts with directions from Merchandising
- Facilitate warehouse stores issues such as resetting of password, placing orders, source products, vendor replenishment, and tracking inventory levels
- Set up and maintain music vendor (Cloud Cover) for all stores - troubleshoot issues as necessary
- Liaison with mall centers for in-center marketing initiatives such as contracting, creative, proof of placement, payment processing, and annual mall offer booklets
- Responsible for in-case visual merchandising build-ups to include orders from outside vendors, partner with MGI partners for Licensed brands and Movado buildups
- Prepare collateral for new stores to have sign package kits, warehouse orders, setup of Fed-Ex/Staple accounts and business cards
- Enter all PO's / Invoices for the retail division in SAP
- KPI & Update to Text Customer Service Reporting as needed
- Coupon Barcode management
- Enter PTO requests for department
- Support President as needed to include T&E, P-Card reconciliation, PowerPoint presentation, etc.
- General administrative support as needed (coordinate/schedule employee intranet sales/friends & family sales to include memos, signage, ordering of T-shirts
- Experienced & comfortable communicating via multiple channels via Zoom, Teams, email, and in prepared documents & presentations (Proficient using Photoshop, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and PDF)
- Excellent verbal and written communication and follow-through skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills to ensure timely and accurate execution of responsibilities with impeccable attention to detail (clear formatting, typos, system entry)
- Proficient at handling multiple tasks with the ability to shift gears at a moment's notice
- Ability to interface with team members at all levels as well as external vendors
