Our Benefits Team is seeking a Benefits and Wellbeing Analyst who will be responsible for administering our leave of absence processes by providing guidance and support to employees and managers, as well as acting as the liaison with our third-party leave administrator. General Responsibilities: As part of the Benefits & Wellbeing team, the ideal candidate will have a strong leave administration background with experience in a full suite of benefit offerings including health and welfare plans. To support your work/life balance, this is a hybrid opportunity with the ability to work from home four days a week. Human Resources gets together in-office each Tuesday to make connections and collaborate. Essential Roles and Responsibilities: Review, analyze, audit and reconcile benefits and leave programs.
