*Description*
Answering inbound calls and making outbound calls to customers with loans that are pending or have been processed Diligently responding to customer inquiry emails Performing administrative duties while in-between calls to service loans A majority of the inbound calls will revolve around borrowers asking questions about their loan account and what options they have to supplement their loan or general payment questions Will be recording and tracking customer documents *Additional Skills & Qualifications* 2+ years experience of customer service experience in a call center environment 35+ word per minute on internal typing test Will have to have a high attention to detail in order to follow rules and regulations for multiple clients *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
