Available Shifts:



  • Day Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00 am - 2:30 pm
  • Swing Shift: Monday-Friday, 2:00 pm - 10:30 pm
  • Night Shift: Monday-Friday, 10:00 pm - 6:30 am



Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

As an Extruder Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating extrusion machinery while ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. You will perform regular quality checks to guarantee that products meet specifications and document all production and process activities in line with safety and health regulations. Following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) carefully, you will monitor equipment, materials, and environmental factors, making necessary adjustments to maintain optimal conditions. You will also be responsible for keeping your work area clean and organized, completing preventive maintenance on machinery to ensure smooth operations, and operating forklifts or powered hand trucks when needed.

What We're Looking For:



  • At least 2 years of experience in machine operations, with a preference for experience in plastics manufacturing (1 year minimum).
  • Strong manual dexterity and the ability to perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail.
  • Comfortable standing for extended periods and using measuring instruments.
  • Mechanical aptitude and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
