Global Compliance manages the firm's compliance, regulatory and reputational risks by ensuring adherence to laws, rules and regulations. The division monitors trends and changes in regulations in all jurisdictions in which the firm does business and develops and implements firmwide and divisional policies and procedures. In addition to advising the firm's businesses, Global Compliance is responsible for managing audits and inquiries, Compliance learning, surveillance and testing the firm's risk management infrastructure. This is a high level administrative and operational support role for Financial Crime Compliance senior leadership. Given the fast past environment and sensitive matters, understanding the firm's structure and policies is critical to the success. This role will also provide backup support to head of the department. Key Responsibilities
- Provide support to Deputy Head and Lead Managing Directors
- Maintains complex and extremely detailed calendars and prioritizes meeting requests and related logistics
- Coordinates complex, senior-level internal/ external meetings and conference calls.
- Phone coverage
- Travel arrangements/logistics - admin plays a critical role in requesting budget/approvals, planning logistics, and working with local teams to organize meetings, fireside chats, townhalls, training session, etc.
- Schedule and manage progress of materials for meetings
- Assist with filing of meeting materials/agendas for designated teams within internal systems
- Submit requests and expense reports in concur according to compliance guidelines
- Navigate internal systems to submit, track, and update forms as needed
- Provide floor admin support as needed to help promote a productive environment for the team ie. Ordering supplies, tracking distribution of items such as headsets, lockers, etc.
- Work closely with manager on managing and tracking high priority internal and external meetings; team communication emails; ad-hoc projects and events.
- Responsible for participation in general administrative duties (copying, filing, faxing, archiving), ad-hoc projects, committees and or group events

Compensation
Salary Range The expected base salary for this New York, New York, United States-based position is $70000-$110000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year-end.
