IAM Integration Engineer II (Remote)

This is a remote role that may be hired in several markets across the United States.

**Remote with ability to travel to Raleigh, North Carolina, Phoenix, Arizona or Morristown, New Jersey, on an as needed basis.

The IAM Integration Engineer is responsible for assisting in the deployment and integration of IAM solutions within the company's IT infrastructure. This role requires experience in implementing, and managing IAM systems to enhance security and operational efficiency.

• IAM Deployment: Assist in the setup, configuration, and customization of new IAM solutions to meet the company's specific needs and security policies.
• System Integration: Ensure the IAM solutions integrate effectively with existing IT and security systems, including directory services, HR systems, cloud platforms, and data repositories.
• Support: Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for integration solutions.
• Documentation: Maintain documentation of IAM architectures, configuration settings, and operational guidelines.

Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Systems Engineering, Network, or Information Security OR High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in Systems Engineering, Network, or Information Security

Preferred degree discipline: Information Security, MIS, Computer Science/Engineering

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications: CompTIA Security+.
• Proficient knowledge of IAM principles, including Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and privileged access management.
• Identity Risk Management applications (example: Veza, Oasis, Axonius)
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical mindset.
• Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills, able to convey IAM concepts to diverse audiences.

The base pay for this position is generally between $109,000 and $140,000. Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. For some roles, total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other awards as outlined in the offer of employment.
