Paul Hastings is seeking a Capital Markets Associate with 3-4 years of experience to join our Emerging Growth Company team in NY. Experience with company formation, private company equity & debt financing, mergers & acquisitions, and U.S. securities law is required. This is a great opportunity to join a strong platform and be part of a growing practice that is a strategic priority of the Firm. Ideal candidates will have a strong drive for achievement as well as excellent academic credentials. Law firm experience and client management skills are required. The salary wage range that we expect to pay for this position is a minimum of $260,000 and a maximum of $310,000 (annually). The actual pay wage may vary based on experience or other relevant factors.
