Pay Rate: Start at $20/hour, with a pay increase to $23/hour upon conversion Available Shift: 3rd Shift Only: 10:45 PM - 7:00 AM In this role, you will be applying a solvent-based adhesive to a moving web using a reverse roll coating head. Key duties include: Setting up and adjusting machinery to ensure even coating application Monitoring the production line for defects and making real-time adjustments Handling materials using hoists, industrial-powered trucks, and barrel trucks Weighing and combining adhesive components Working safely with flammable solvents Keeping your workspace clean and organized Collaborating with the Lead Laminating Operator for optimal machine performance and changeovers Why You'll Love Working with Staffmark: We offer more than just a paycheck.
