Summary:

Under broad administrative direction of the Vice President of Talent Acquisition, the Executive Talent Acquisition manager leads the full life-cycle executive recruiting process for critical and functional areas of the business, which includes the enhancement of existing job specification development and Jobs to Be Done, interviewing and brokering candidates internally; extends offers and ensures all related activities associated with talent acquisition are processed appropriately. The Executive Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for translating business talent strategies into execution, attracting enterprise talent for growth while creating highly effective experiences for our customers.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Establishes innovative candidate sourcing strategies, especially for hard-to-fill positions.
  • Partners with HR business partners and department heads in response to staffing requirements; responsible for developing and managing highly effective processes to attract and acquire high quality and best fit talent in a full range of positions in alignment with compliance, compensation and EEO guidelines.
  • Collaborates closely with HR team and hiring managers toward the goal of building strong partnerships throughout the organization, and externally with the community and vendors
  • Assists with defining, tracking and analyzing talent acquisition metrics and develop practical tracking and reporting methods to monitor and improve performance.
  • Provides strategic recruiting expertise by staying abreast of industry trends, best practices, legal developments, technological advancements and benchmark comparisons; functions as subject matter expert on all business unit recruitment activities.
  • Researches and recommends practices and methods for improving the hiring process such as skills testing and other assessment tools.
  • Strategic, creative, business savvy individual that has a strong background & interest in developing talent pipelines to drive results for the business.

Experience and Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required; minimum of seven (6+) years of comprehensive executive recruiting experience demonstrating increased responsibility.
  • Experience utilizing a variety of recruiting vehicles and sources such as internet, specific websites, and diversity sources; experience using innovative tools and techniques to find viable candidates.
  • A combination of agency and corporate experience preferred; project management skills and experience with recruiting software systems required; experience and history of successfully leading major projects and new initiatives.
  • Ability to drive best in-class recruitment experience in a highly matrixed business. Experience managing supplier Management 3rdparty/external search firms

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with others, implementing HR staffing processes, strategies and programs
