Job Title: Administrative Assistant Overview: As an Administrative Assistant, you assist the senior management team, and work closely with operations center leaders. A strong candidate for this role is confident, resourceful, results-oriented, self-motivated and extremely organized. You are working with several focused, goal-oriented individuals with multiple and conflicting priorities. The ability to execute tasks while adapting to change and unexpected events will serve you well. What You'll Do: Day in the Life - Every day your focus will be on providing administrative assistance for various senior leaders and other operations center team members on a variety of tasks. Activities include coordination of meetings and events, organizing and replenishing office supplies and name badges, greeting and checking in visitors/vendors, managing calendars for multiple leaders, and assisting with coordination of employee appreciation and fundraising events. You will also utilize data to create presentations, build reports, and distribute communication, along with other activities as needed. What it Takes:
- Work Experience: 2+ years' experience as an Administrative Assistant preferred
- Knowledge of and Experience with: Proactively building a network and maintaining effective working relationships across diverse teams; working with sensitive and confidential information, high attention to detail, customer experience, adapting to meet customer and/or business needs, working individually and in teams, using a creative mind-set to take a project from concept to completion, achieving goals, using available resources and partnerships to solve problems.
- Skills in: Organizational skills and attention to detail, communicating effectively (both written and verbally across a diverse spectrum), ability to track and follow-up on multiple projects simultaneously, time management, advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, especially Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe, proofreading, grammatical skills, decision making, thinking critically and logically, and solving problems.
