At TTUHSC Permian Basin Family Medicine, we promote a people-centered learning environment for students, residents, and fellows to foster growth and success. Our department provides care through a vast and diverse regional network rooted in community engagement. Major/Essential Functions Provide Hospitalist Services including patient admissions and patient rounding performing such medical examinations as are necessary and appropriate for all patients. Maintaining appropriate records, reports, claims and correspondence necessary in connection with all professional services performed by the physician. Provide On Call services for hospitalized patients from home. Train students and residents to be successful in their future careers, placing a strong focus on education and evidence-based practices. Occasional Duties Required Qualifications MD/DO/MBBS Degree. Completion of, or in process of completing, a Family Medicine Residency. Ability to obtain a TX Medical License.
