Main Duties & Responsibilities

As a Production Shift Lead, you will be responsible for guiding team members, coordinating daily activities, and ensuring that departmental objectives are achieved. You'll work closely with Supervisors to delegate tasks, build team morale, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coordinate, and train group members on daily tasks and best practices.
• Provide clear verbal and written instructions, address questions or concerns in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with Supervisors to plan and execute daily schedules and activities.
• Set clear goals and expectations for group members.
• Educate and mentor new group members and support staff.
• Ensure all health and safety protocols are followed at all times.
• Monitor group performance and offer recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Promote and uphold the company's values and lead by example.
• Schedule and conduct additional training sessions as needed.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age
• High School Diploma/GED
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven leadership abilities and a collaborative mindset.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Confidence in problem-solving and decision-making.
• Positive attitude and a team-first mentality.
• Previous manufacturing experience is highly desired.
