We are seeking a skilled and experienced Director of Facilities to oversee and manage all aspects of our facilities services. This role ensures the effective operation of housekeeping, security, grounds, laundry, plant operations, maintenance, and safety. The Director will be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures, managing budgetary functions, and supervising personnel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities management and a proven track record of maintaining high standards of performance and safety.

  • The candidate must possess demonstrable knowledge and expertise in the areas of plant operations, building maintenance, housekeeping, safety management, hazardous materials handling, security management, grounds maintenance and management of personnel. Five years successful experience in related fields is desired.
  • The incumbent must possess a high degree of competency in communication skills, conflict resolution, human resource management and financial management. The candidate must possess proficiency, or willingness to assimilate the knowledge, to enable his/her usage of PC based application. The incumbent must be self-motivated, punctual and must have the ability to associate with persons of all levels of authority and all socio-economic environments.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of federal, state, and local standards, and codes and requirements of regulatory and accreditation agencies.
  • Demonstrated ability to train managers, supervisors and staff to meet the needs of the residents,
