Position:Human Resources (HR) Coordinator

Job Description:
Our client is seeking an experienced HR Coordinator to join their Human Resources team. This individual will play a key role in providing day-to-day HR support, assisting with core HR functions, and contributing to broader talent and organizational initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive HR professional to make a meaningful impact while gaining experience across multiple areas of HR.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (but not limited to):
- Provide front-line support for HR inquiries, manage document filing and data entry, and assist with onboarding tasks such as creating new hire folders and administering badges.
- Maintain and update employee records in HR systems (i.e., Workday, ServiceNow, UltiPro), process employee lifecycle transactions, and support payroll and benefits coordination.
- Assist with monthly HR reporting and presentation materials.
- Conduct exit interviews, support documentation for disciplinary actions and terminations, and act as a point of contact for employee questions, escalating as needed.
- Partner with HR team members on special projects related to talent development, learning, recruitment, and systems improvements across the region.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and meet deadlines.
- Professional demeanor with a commitment to confidentiality and ethical practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS platforms (i.e., Workday, UltiPro) is highly desirable.
- Must be able to walk, sit, stand, talk, hear, use hands, occasionally lift up to 25 pounds, and have vision capabilities including close, color, peripheral, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
