We're seeking enthusiastic, creative, and ambitious Bartenders to join our team at Hops & Hens, one of our newest and most exciting concepts. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for delivering efficient, friendly, and attentive service while maintaining a clean, professional, and high-quality bar environment. Your role is key in creating a welcoming and memorable experience for every guest.

Mix and prepare drinks for servers according to standard recipes.

• Maintain full knowledge of the wine list, appropriate glassware, and garnishes.

• Adhere strictly to procedures outlined in the Employee and Bartender Manuals, including proper jigger pouring techniques.

• Prepare drinks for servers only after they have been properly entered and rung in through the Micros system.

• Keep the bar fully stocked, clean, and organized at all times; follow the assigned sidework checklist.

• Monitor inventory levels and communicate any shortages or needs promptly.

• Ensure consistency in the presentation and recipe of all cocktails.

• Remain knowledgeable of and enforce all liquor liability laws and policies.

• Stay informed about all property amenities and other restaurant offerings to provide accurate information to guests.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Minimum of 2 years of bartending experience in a high-volume or upscale environment.

• Strong and extensive knowledge of wine, including proper service and pairing.

• At least 1 year of restaurant experience preferred.

• Outgoing and pleasant personality with a passion for hospitality.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Current TABC (Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission) and Food Handlers certifications required.
