Your Schedule:

• Begin training on first shift, working 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM.After training, move to a consistent night shift from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM. This is a fixed schedule. You will not rotate between day and night shifts.
• Follow a 2-2-3 schedule, where you work two days, take two days off, then work three days. This pattern repeats weekly, giving you every other weekend off.
• Enjoy the benefit of only working half the days in a year.

What You'll Do:

• Assist with the installation, launch, and qualification of our newest canmaking machines.
• Troubleshoot, maintain, repair, and modify all mechanical systems.
• Use precision measuring tools and work with close tolerances up to .0010.
• Work with management to improve work area, safety, quality, cost, and productivity.

We Need You To Have:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• A desire to operate and maintain Silgan's industrial can lines by performing and documenting quality checks and measurements
