Job Summary Partner with the VP, Strategy and Business Development and System senior leaders to lead development and execution of inorganic growth opportunities, including joint ventures, partnerships, acquisitions and divestitures. Identifies and develops relationships to execute on these opportunities, both internally and externally, and works closely with System leadership to ensure opportunities are aligned to the system strategy. Manages a team responsible for financial modeling and business analysis. Evaluates competitors, market and industry trends, and makes recommendations for traditional, non-traditional, and diversified growth. Leads a team with this focus and manages an ongoing portfolio of opportunities. Provides transparency to senior leadership regarding the progress of ongoing efforts and works closely with senior leaders across the System to ensure organizational readiness to manage and/or integrate opportunities. Networks with internal and external partners displaying expert analytical, deduction, presentation and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of initiating, developing, and consummating healthcare deals involving two or more parties, while leading a multi-disciplinary matrixed team through these efforts.
