Job Description The Quality Project Delivery team is growing and looking for it's next strong program manager. This is a remote position and can be filled in any location. In this role you will manage all aspects of facilities, materials, environmental, or geotechnical engineering projects within a National Account program(s) to ensure that they are safely completed on time and within scope and budget with a dedicated focus on quality management and delivery. Responsible for completing projects per contracted scope; monitor progress and performance against project plans. Troubleshoot and recommend or resolve operational problems and minimize delays. Work directly, either remotely or on-site, with local project operations to execute and deliver projects successfully. May be responsible for resource management, project scheduling, budgets and forecasts, and working with external vendors, subcontractors or contractors. Conducts meetings and prepares reports to communicate the status of projects to project teams and clients. Set priorities, assign tasks, and coordinate project staff to meet project and/or program targets and milestones. May have responsibilities to communicate with clients and deliver work products to satisfaction of client. Coordinates effort with operational leadership and project APRs to ensure they are engaged throughout the project, particularly at critical junctures. The national standard salary range for this position is $103,500-$160,400. The base range may be adjusted based on the specific location of the applicant.
