We are seeking a mission-driven Software Engineer to develop robust backend solutions supporting scalable systems. If you're experienced with Java or Python, modern frameworks, and big data technologies like Kafka or Elastic Stack, this is a perfect fit.

You like to do this:

  Design and develop software using Java, Spring, or Python

  Tune and optimize databases to ensure performance

  Customize Kafka data flows and perform log analysis

  Build integrations using Elastic Stack or OpenSearch APIs

  Collaborate with teams to troubleshoot, scale, and refine backend systems

  
  

You are required to have this:

  7 years of experience and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

  
  
• 
  

  Proficiency in Java, Spring, or Python

  
  
• 
  

  Experience with database optimization and Kafka customization

  
  
• 
  

  Familiarity with Elastic Stack, OpenSearch, and log ingestion pipelines

  
  
• 
  

  an active TS/SCI with Polygraph

  
  

Salary Range: $140,000 - $170,000
