We are part of the Jewish Federation of Metropolitan Chicago. CJE SeniorLife is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Data Entry and Board Logistics Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating databases, ensuring accurate data entry, and generating reports as needed. Additionally, you will assist in the planning and execution of events for the Board of Directors, including coordinating schedules, maintenance of RSVP lists, preparing materials, and liaising with vendors and participants. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, excellent communication and problem-solving abilities; and a proactive approach to managing multiple tasks efficiently.
