Video: What We Do Join Our Team of Aviation Experts! We are looking for experienced Engine Mechanic to join our amazing team. This position is for our 1^st shift (5:30 AM to 2:00 PM) Plus, you'll receive a tooling sign-on bonus of $1,500! What You'll Do: Assist experienced mechanics with engine disassembly and reassembly. Clean and prepare engine components for inspection. Learn to use specialized tools and measuring instruments. Follow detailed technical procedures and specifications. Document work performed according to quality standards. Participate in hands-on training to develop technical skills. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Support both commercial aviation clients and industrial power customers. What You Bring: Mechanical aptitude and interest in aircraft engines. Basic understanding of mechanical systems. Ability to follow detailed instructions. Good manual dexterity and attention to detail. Willingness to learn and accept guidance. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Basic computer skills. Preferred Qualifications: Technical school education in aviation maintenance or mechanical fields. Previous experience in aviation, automotive, or industrial mechanics.
