The Role

We are seeking a Senior Lead Marketing Program Manager to manage high-impact marketing initiatives and optimize brand, digital, and creative operations. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep expertise in marketing execution, creative workflow optimization, and operational efficiency at scale.You will be responsible for eliminating roadblocks, reducing time-to-market delays, increasing throughput, and optimizing resource utilization across global marketing, brand, digital, and creative teams. You'll also drive enterprise-level marketing programs, ensuring seamless collaboration across departments, delivering high-quality, business-impacting programs on time, and continuously improving operational and production processes.In this role you will need independent decision-making, strategic foresight, and the ability to solve new challenges in a fast-paced, global environment.

Work Location

This position has been designated as fully remote in the U.S.

The Main Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize complex, enterprise-level marketing programs that drive revenue growth, enhance brand positioning, and accelerate time-to-market by driving operational efficiency and continuous improvements that deliver measurable business impact.
  • Develop and implement scalable systems that improve the speed, efficiency, and quality of marketing, brand, digital, and creative outputs.
  • Manage the implementation and optimization of martech and creative technology platforms, automation, and AI-driven solutions to enhance operational efficiency and creative effectiveness.
  • Critically analyze the business environment and proactively manage competing priorities across teams, ensuring clarity, accountability, and streamlined execution.
  • Act as the central point of planning, communication, and coordination between leadership and stakeholders, including growth marketing, brand, digital, creative, and marketing operations teams.
  • Utilize strategic thinking skills to proactively identify and remove roadblocks that hinder marketing and creative teams from delivering their best work.
  • Make autonomous, data-driven decisions that enhance marketing execution and creative output.
  • Analyze performance metrics and analytics to refine processes, reduce inefficiencies, and improve turnaround times, maximize throughput, and optimize creative productivity.
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by continuously evaluating and enhancing operational models to scale creative production and marketing impact.
What We Look For in a Candidate
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing project management, creative operations, or related strategic operations roles within a Fortune 500 or enterprise-scale environment.
  • Proven experience optimizing creative workflows to increase efficiency, reduce time-to-market delays, and eliminate roadblocks.
  • Strong expertise in resource planning, throughput optimization, and performance tracking.
  • Experience managing high-volume marketing, brand, digital, and creative programs across multiple business units and global teams.
  • Proficiency in martech and creative technology platforms, workflow automation tools, and AI-driven marketing solutions.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and adapt quickly to make an impact on the business.
  • Ability to operate in a high-stakes, fast-moving environment, managing complexity with precision and efficiency.
  • Hands-on experience with Workfront and Jira preferred.
Compensation

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.

$108,896 - $145,195 in these states: CO HI MI MN NC NH NV OR RI
$114,082 - $152,109 in these states: AK CA CT DC DE IL MA MD NJ NY TX VA WA
