We are looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented Supply Chain Technician to support our floor operations. This role is responsible for organizing inventory, labeling materials, and managing what items are placed on the floor and where they go. The ideal candidate has a strong sense of order, spatial awareness, and a commitment to efficiency and accuracy.

Job Duties

  • Organize incoming and existing inventory to ensure an efficient and logical layout of the production floor.
  • Label products, pallets, shelves, and storage areas accurately and consistently.
  • Determine and maintain the optimal placement of goods on the floor based on space, usage frequency, and safety considerations.
  • Ensure materials and supplies are clearly marked and accessible to relevant teams.
  • Assist with receiving, inspecting, and storing items as needed.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock levels in the system.
  • Support cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
  • Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and production teams to ensure supply chain efficiency.
  • Input and manage data in supply chain software (Deltek Costpoint).
  • Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree or technical certification is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Basic computer skills; experience with Microsoft Excel and inventory systems is a plus.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the supply chain field.
  • Forklift certification or willingness to obtain it.
  • Physically able to lift, move, and organize materials (up to 50 lbs).
  • Due to Federal Contracting requirements, applicant must be a US Citizen.
  • May be required to qualify for a Top Secret Security Clearance, if necessary per contract requirements
