This is a remote role that may be hired in several markets in the United States. Proximity to our San Francisco office is preferable as much of our team is located there and get together occasionally to work collaboratively in person. This position is aligned to Silicon Valley Bank, a division of First Citizens Bank. Responsibilities What You'll Do You'll be a Lead UX Designer within the Lending and Credit Product Management team, contributing to the creation of a new end-to-end digital lending experience used by thousands of the most innovative companies in the U.S. and beyond. You will help to reimagine how SVB can optimize the credit product experience for our clients and lending portfolio management experience for our associates, working within platform complexities and regulatory constraints. You will have the opportunity to deliver UX/UI designs by prototyping, conducting user research and validation, developing frameworks across multiple product pods and facilitating discovery workshops with users and stakeholders. In this role, you will partner closely with Product Managers, Developers, Content Strategists and UX Researchers to steer the creation of high quality UX deliverables that contribute to the design of end-to-end user experiences that help our clients accomplish their most challenging goals. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in OR High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience (preferred 8-10 years designing digital product experiences in an agile development environment) Required Qualifications:

Job postings may come down early due to business need or a high volume of applicants. If hired in California, the base pay for this position is generally between $119,000 and $170,000. If hired in Illinois, the base pay for this position is generally between $104,000 and $150,000. If hired in North Carolina the base pay for this position is generally $99,000 and $140,000. Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. For some roles, total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other awards as outlined in the offer of employment.
