*Description*
These Tech Access roles will be taking phone calls and potentially supporting processing work. Looking for someone with previous customer service experience and basic computer knowledge. This person must be computer savvy as they are assisting customers with their technology and account issues! This is a contract role (with contract to hire option based on performance) that will be onsite 100%. The option to move hybrid after 6 months based on performance. These roles are open due to and increase in business and additional support needed. Daily Duties: This role is a customer service role that will assist external customers and financial professionals with assisting with password resets, account issues, and website troubleshooting. Secondary tasks in this role may include assisting with emails, creating log ins, and general technology troubleshooting. This role will be speaking with elderly people many times and assisting with basic computer/account tasks. Will be taking mostly external calls and occasional internal calls. This role will operate out of Salesforce and previous experience is not required as it is easy to train on. This role will be taking around 15-20 calls per day around weeks 3-6 and expect to grow to 30-40 calls a day by 6 months. This role will be required to verify client information to assure they are speaking with the account owner. This part of the role is crucial as it a risk point for the organization. External customers may become frustrated with security questions and this candidate must be comfortable working through this and sometimes working with frustrated people. The majority of this position will be taking phone calls but may assist with paperwork processing as well. This position is repetitive at times with password resets, working with elderly customers, and processing the same paperwork all day long. This person needs to be comfortable with repetitive tasks! *Additional Skills & Qualifications* Previous customer service experience - retail, service industry, restaurant experience - 1+ years Positive person Basic computer knowledge and experience- must be tech savvy for this role to assist others! *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
