As a Distribution Specialist you will ensure accurate rates, inventory, and policies across MGM systems while serving as a liaison between guests and third-party partners to resolve reservation and billing inquiries. THE STARTING RATE:$19.00/HR
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Ensure accuracy of rates, restrictions, inventory, and policies across all MGM systems Respond to guest and third-party inquiries, including Best Rate Guarantee claims Use third-party tools to resolve reservation and billing issues; escalate when needed Monitor rate parity and identify discrepancies across booking channels Support special projects, including data maintenance, documentation, and timing tests Input manual reservations into the MGM central system Perform daily tasks such as rate/policy updates, reservation changes, revenue collection, commission research, and promotion setup across channels
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Is 18+ years old High School Diploma, GED or equivalent 2+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience Previous experience in working with the following systems: HBSI, Derbysoft, Opera PMS and ORS, Onyx, and OTA
