JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Part/Item master/bills of materials generation and maintenance in ERP software (EPICOR).
* Aid in processing engineering change forms and documentation, and releases.
* Perform day-to-day operational activities as it relates to the Configuration Management process.
* Maintenance and administration of documents and engineering logs within the engineering department.
* Liaison to others within engineering and other departments to help facilitate and processing of engineering changes.
* Maintain Engineering forms and templates for various document types e.g., Qualification Test Procedure, Proprietary Markings and Classification, Export Control, Component Maintenance Manuals.
* Revision updates and minor edits to the various document types under the direction of an Engineer.
* Maintenance and administration of status reporting the engineering group performance metrics to management.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* A.S. or technical diploma
* ERP/MRP experience (EPICOR preferred)
* Familiarity with change control and configuration management processes
* Strong communication, organization, and MS Office skills
* Ability to juggle priorities independently in an aerospace environment

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Eager to learn, detail oriented, and motivated to grow within an engineering team.
* Aerospace, electronics and/or other manufacturing experience preferred.
* Good computer proficiency (MS Word, Excel, Access, Teams, etc.)
