Plant Supervisor - Santa Teresa, NM

Salary: $95,000 - $105,000 per year + Bonus Incentive

Summary: Join our team at the cutting-edge plant in Santa Teresa, NM as a Plant Supervisor. We are seeking a results-driven individual fluent in English and Spanish, with strong leadership skills and a passion for continuous improvement in a Lean manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize Lean principles to optimize manufacturing efficiencies and drive continual improvement.

• Analyze workforce utilization, space requirements, and workflow for maximum efficiency.

• Estimate production times, staffing needs, and costs to inform management decisions.

• Communicate manufacturing capabilities, production schedules, and other critical information effectively.

• Project manage technical upgrades, equipment installations, and tooling design.

• Collaborate in contract reviews with relevant personnel for major projects.

• Evaluate products based on specifications and quality standards.

• Ensure successful completion of health and safety reviews for new equipment.

• Travel as needed to support business operations.

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Lean Manufacturing.

• Technical expertise in sheet metal fabrication.

• Experience with repetitive and build-to-suit manufacturing methods.

• Proven ability to manage large, complex projects using industry tools.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong organizational, management, and leadership capabilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

• Strong analytical thinker.

Preferred Requirements:

• Degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering.
