KPMG is currently seeking a Delivery Lead, FS to join our Managed Services practice.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide oversight of the execution of Delivery & Operations for FS clients and engagements
  • Define the overall strategy and approach for the Delivery & Operations functions as well as management of continuous improvement initiatives
  • Accountable for strategic and operational planning to meet short and long-term needs, including projects, processes, and resourcing
  • Participate in pre-sales and sales processes by providing input to RFP/proposal materials, oral presentations, delivery pricing, and delivery model
  • Engage in solution development/enhancement activities and provide delivery-specific SME support to ensure alignment and consistency
  • Offer active coaching, mentoring, and knowledge-sharing with staff to advance their career development
  • Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
Qualifications:
  • Minimum eight years of recent work experience, including a minimum three years of recent supervisory experience and minimum one year of recent experience in management, operations, delivery, leadership, or similar professional roles; people management experience required
  • MBA or an advanced degree from an accredited college or university is preferred; minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required
  • Ability to lead a mid-sized team of entry-level through intermediate-level professionals
  • Experience with creating, measuring, and delivering effective and meaningful SLA's/KPI's in a client-facing technology service delivery environment; experience in delivering within a shared services, managed services, and/or outsourcing in a Cloud SaaS or Application Maintenance Services domain
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships and work effectively at all levels, including executive leadership; capability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal and the ability to identify program area improvement opportunities and lead implementing improvements
  • Be flexible and adaptable with the ability to work in ambiguous situations with problem-solving and root cause identification skills; demonstrated experience providing coaching and mentoring to team members with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to travel as necessary
