Design and develop high quality data visualizations to create development, learning, and operational insights for the firm and assigned clients. Understand user needs and translate complex business processes and industry-specific analysis into requirements for data visualizations development. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create visualizations in custom web apps and within Power BI. Participate in the development lifecycle for visualizations by building initial prototypes, deploying visualization for production systems, and participating in the update and maintenance over time. Develop embedding applications in React and Java Script to resolve dashboard access issues for the firm and assigned clients. Develop automated data driven test case in Python for all fulcrum products. Pursue business development opportunities. Establish and maintain client relationships and professional networks.

WORK SCHEDULE: 40 hours per week, M-F (9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Must have a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field, and 2 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field, and 5 years of post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience.

Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience with the following: Web development and data journalism; Utilizing data visualization and business intelligence tools, including Power BI and Tableau; Utilizing JavaScript-based data visualization libraries, including D3.js, echarts, processing.js, Plotly, ggplot2 in R, and matplotlib and Bokeh in Python; Object-oriented programming; Leveraging principles for visual display of information, including color hierarchy and shapes to represent quantities; Executing data visualization projects; Utilizing React Java Script for web development; Leveraging Python, Selenium, and Pytest for automated data driven test cases; and Utilizing Git, DevOps, and Agile processes for project management and developing CI/CD pipelines.

SALARY RANGE: $132,047- $216,700 per year
