The Director of Global Commercial Operations is a champion of lean methodologies, kaizen, Six Sigma, or related tools, a strategic partner for the business, a connector and developer of teams, and a cultural change agent.

SUMMARY:

Natus Sensory, Inc. is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Global Commercial Operations to lead the development, deployment, and sustainment of Commercial Operations Processes through our Salesforce.com CRM tool. This key leader will bring a high level of expertise in customer-facing roles and work across regions and functions to design efficient processes that support sustained business growth.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop, deploy, and sustain Commercial Operations Processes using Salesforce.com CRM tool.
  • Document procedures (standard work) and ensure all relevant associates are trained.
  • Evaluate the performance and sustainment of commercial activities through leading and lagging indicators.
  • Facilitate continuous improvement through kaizen and other lean methodologies.
  • Develop and deploy tools and processes to achieve broader organizational objectives, including standard work, visual daily management, problem solving, root cause analysis, value stream mapping, customer segmentation, and transformative marketing.
  • Act as a strategic partner for commercial leaders, prioritizing and leading process enhancements.
  • Participate in the annual strategic planning process, providing data and insights to drive decision-making.
  • Serve as a culture ambassador, coaching team members and fostering a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Share knowledge and processes across the organization, developing talent and building long-term organizational muscle.
  • Advance personal skills by forming connections inside and outside the organization.

Performance Measures:

  • Launch and maintain Salesforce.com CRM tool.
  • Improve opportunity funnel hygiene through standard work and dashboards.
  • Deploy visual daily management to enhance sales success indicators.
  • Improve sales order forecast accuracy.
  • Support bookings and revenue growth.
  • Develop tools to support global commercial team improvements, such as sales playbooks and service delivery standard work.
  • Drive process improvements in service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Enhance market visibility, lead generation, and marketing ROI.
  • Improve price realization, product launch goal achievement, and funnel management.
  • Develop and execute quarterly commercial improvement plans.
  • Ensure the sustainment of continuous improvement initiatives, including kaizen events.
  • Implement, adopt, and sustain business enablement tools.
  • Foster a continuous improvement culture across the commercial organization.
  • Ensure the achievement of return on investment in strategic acquisitions through continuous improvement activities

Travel Required: Some travel is required, up to 50%.

Supervisory Responsibilities: Directly manage and lead employees, overseeing hiring, training, performance appraisals, and conflict resolution.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, service, and/or marketing.
  • At least 3 years of experience in continuous improvement roles.
  • Global business management experience with direct and indirect teams.
  • Proficiency with business tools such as Salesforce.com, Visio, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred.
  • English language fluency.
